It is not just the mind that needs regular exercise, so please take a look at our range of suggested sites to help get you moving whilst at home: - 7 pages of work outs, varied intensity, long and short in length. - Stay in workouts, will be updated regularly in the coming weeks. - Exercise activities to complete at home. - Exercises using stairs at home. - Disney inspired ‘Just dance’ type activities (Mr Warren approved) – HUGE ‘Just dance’ playlist! - Workout can be performed using just a pillow. - Work out can be performed from the comfort of your sofa (Mr Lock tried and tested) - Great cardiovascular workouts can be done at home or in the garden – 24 hours to complete 150 repetitions. 1 point for each repetition. - Shorter and low intensity exercises.
